§ 16 Consumer Right of Withdrawal, Withdrawal Policy

• 16.1 As a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your order within the applicable withdrawal period. The following information explains the conditions and procedure for exercising this right.

§ 16.1.1 Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the electronic withdrawal process provided on our website at https://1001organic.de/pages/widerruf . Alternatively, you may inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

§ 16.1.2 Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:

• contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
