Section 16 Right of withdrawal of the consumer, instructions for withdrawal
Section 16.1 As a consumer, you always have the right to cancel your order in our online shop within a certain period of time. We would like to explain in more detail how this statutory right of cancellation works.
Section 16.1.1 Instructions for revocation
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day on which you or a person designated by you other than the carrier received the goods. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us (1001 Organic GmbH, Kilchbergstrasse 15, 8038 Zürich) in writing or by e-mail. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the deadline.
Consequences of revocation
If you decide to withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments you have made to us within fourteen days, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs for an individual type of delivery). The refund will be made in the same way as the original transaction, unless we have agreed otherwise. There will be no additional charges for this refund. However, we may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them - whichever comes first. You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of revocation of the contract. The deadline is met if you send before the expiry of this time. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Only in the event of a loss of value due to unnecessary handling of the goods are you liable for this.

Section 16.1.3 Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal.
There is no right of revocation: • for the delivery of perishable goods or goods whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded • for the delivery of sealed goods which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been opened after delivery.
