What you need:
For the smoothie base:
150 g frozen raspberries
1 ripe frozen banana
100 g mango
2-3 tbsp coconut or vanilla yoghurt
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1-2 tsp maple syrup, agave syrup or date puree Optional: small dash of plant-based milk (e.g. oat, almond or coconut)
For the toppings:
1 tsp cacao nibs
Fresh raspberries
Fresh mango cubes
Shredded coconut or roasted coconut chips
Chia seeds or linseed
Cinnamon
Optional: Fresh mint or edible flowers
Steps:
Place the fruit, coconut yoghurt, cinnamon and your chosen sweetener in a high-powered blender. Add just enough plant milk to purée everything well, but ensure the consistency is still thick and spoonable. Depending on how ripe the banana is, add a little syrup or date purée if necessary.
Now it's time to decorate! Pour the smoothie base into a bowl, then add your chosen toppings: fresh raspberries, mango, cocoa nibs, shredded coconut, cinnamon and mint. Feel free to experiment and top your smoothie bowl with whatever you like to make your morning brighter.
